FIT LEAN

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

7am, 12.30pm. 6pm, 7pm

Who:  for people who want to get rid of unwanted fat, lean down and get super fit.

What: Weight training, core workout, high intensity interval training. You get: 3 small group sessions per week, a nutrition pack, weekly accountability and support from your personal coach.

Why: you WILL get results. If you've tried everything else, try this and you won't be disappointed. 

FIT Strength

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

7am, 12.30pm. 6pm, 7pm

Who: for those wanting to add muscle, bulk up and get stronger.

What: Free weights, heavy sets. You get: 3 small group sessions per week, a nutrition pack, weekly accountability and support from your personal coach.

Why: You're already exercising and not seeing the results you want. You're not sure how to get stronger or add muscle and stay lean. You will get strong, you will add muscle on this programme.

fit calisthenics

Tuesday, Thursday

7am, 12.30pm. 6pm, 7pm

Saturday

10am

WHO: FIT CALISTHENICS is a body weight training programme for people who want to switch up their work outs and take on a new challenge. 

WHAT: Body weight training: pull ups, muscle-ups, Hand stand and head stands, flag, planche. 

WHY: You want to challenge yourself, see changes and improvements that you aren't getting with your current programme and look super cool whilst you're doing it!

power lifting

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6pm

Who: people already weight training who are interested in trying out powerlifting. People who already lift using their own programme but want to hone their technique, hit some PBs and reach their potential. 

What: a tailored 12 week programme, 3 small grouptrThe programme includes 3 classes per week, a nutrition pack, weekly accountability and support from your personal coach.

Why: progressive, tried and tested programming and technique correction that we guarantee will improve your totals. Supportive and fun community.

Personal Training

Who: Literally anyone. We can cater for you whatever your needs and goals. We have specialist coaches in a variety of areas, get in touch and find out. 

What: bespoke programmes and packages to support you in reaching your goals in any way we can.

Why: you prefer to work 1:1, you have specific times during which you can train, you have very specific requirements and want a fully personalised programme.
