MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY

WHO: For those interested in training in the sport of powerlifting, learing more about it and possibly competing. 

WHAT: SBD: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. You get 3 small group classes per week- only 6 people - lead closely by our powerlifting coach to ensure that you perfect your technique and add numbers to your total. 

WHY: You already train, are interested in the sport and want to get super strong.

HOW: It all starts with our next orientation on January 11th 2020 followed by a 12 week course. Only 2 places remaining. Click below.
